Introduction

In this weekly sales update, I will be sharing the highlights of my recent sales on Etsy, Poshmark, and eBay. I will provide details on each item, including where I sourced them from, how long they were listed, and the final selling price. It has been a productive week, and I'm excited to share my sales with you. So without further ado, let's dive into the updates!

Etsy Sales Update

Vintage Disney Bedding

One of the items that finally sold on Etsy was a vintage Disney bedding. This flat sheet had been in my Etsy store for a long time, and I couldn't understand why it wasn't selling. Similar vintage Disney bedding items had sold for around $50, so I knew there was demand for them. After years of being listed, it finally sold for $22.95. I had picked it up from a yard sale, and although it took a while to sell, I'm glad it found a buyer.

Vintage Tennessee Vols Hats

Another sale on Etsy was the vintage Tennessee Vols hats. These hats had been listed for about seven to eight months and finally sold for $29.95. I always find that items related to sports teams tend to sell well, especially when they have a vintage appeal. The popularity of the University of Tennessee and the unique design of these hats certainly contributed to their quick sale.

Poshmark Sales Update

Vintage UT Item

Moving on to Poshmark, I had a few vintage items sell this week. One of them was a vintage University of Tennessee (UT) item, which was a plaid mock turtleneck sweatshirt. It sold for $20, despite being out of season. Normally, I sell these types of items closer to August or the start of the collegiate football season. However, I'm always pleased when a sale comes through, regardless of the time of year.

Vintage Kids Overalls

Another vintage item that sold on Poshmark was a pair of cute 90s vintage kids' overalls with a white Daisy print. These overalls were listed for about a month and a half and sold for $16. They were not a particular brand, but their unique vintage charm and seasonal appeal attracted a buyer.

90s Solid Purple Pants

One item that I was particularly excited about was a pair of bold, solid purple pants from the 90s. These pants had a unique paper bag waist and were listed for about four to five months. They finally sold for $42.50. The vibrant color and trendy style caught the attention of a buyer who appreciated their retro aesthetic.

eBay Sales Update

Not Your Daughter's Jeans

Moving on to eBay, I sold a pair of Not Your Daughter's Jeans. These boot-cut jeans, in a size six, sold for $15. It's always satisfying to sell designer jeans, as they tend to fetch a good price. Even though the selling price may not be as high as other items, jeans are a reliable source of sales for me.

New Tags Loft Top

I also had a new tags Loft top sell on eBay. This red-pink mild knit top was an extra-large size and sold for $15. While I had hoped to get more for it since it was new with tags, sometimes simple styles can take longer to sell. After being listed for about eight to nine months, I decided to let it go at a slightly lower price.

Conclusion

Overall, it has been a successful week of sales on Etsy, Poshmark, and eBay. The diverse range of items, from vintage Disney bedding to trendy 90s pants, allowed me to cater to various buyer preferences. Despite some items taking longer to sell than others, the patience paid off in the end. As always, I'm grateful for the opportunity to share my reselling journey with you. Until next time, happy selling!
