Throughout the year, I found myself operating at a constant state of high stress, handling multiple responsibilities, from managing properties to raising two children. This constant stress eventually took a toll on my immune system, leaving me vulnerable to health issues like pneumonia and a disc issue. It was a wake-up call for me to prioritize my health because without it, everything else can crumble.

Another valuable lesson I learned in 2022 is the importance of hiring and delegating tasks. When your time is completely filled, it becomes crucial to raise the ceiling on your earning potential by focusing on higher-value tasks. Up until this point, I had been doing everything myself, from production to fulfillment. However, I soon realized that in order to grow my Etsy shop, I needed to step back from the day-to-day tasks and focus on strategic decision-making. By hiring and delegating tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and fulfillment, I was able to free up more time to focus on driving the growth of my business.

In 2023, I will focus on actively building business relationships in Southern California to connect with people who have achieved what I aspire to. Networking can provide valuable insights and support, helping me to further grow and scale my business.

With a 5-year-old and a 1-year-old, I want to create memorable moments by planning travel and spending quality time with my family.
